The value for money at this hostel was fantastic, and the room was absolutely comfortable with cozy beds and nice sheets. The location couldn't have been better, right across from the train station, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

Convenient location near bus and train station. Clean washing and bathing area. Interesting Spanish and French decor. Jazz bar on the ground floor. Rooftop deck for morning coffee. Great hospitality from the owner. Pristine beach nearby. Superb staff and hostel owner. Character-filled hostel. Helpful with Kumanokodo trail information. Close to restaurants and izakaya. Lovely bed and duvet. Tidy shared bathroom with laundry facilities. Quick check-in.

We had a fantastic time in Tanabe! Starting our hike from Django Hostel, Juan was incredibly kind, allowing us to store our luggage during our walk. The hostel's location near the bus and train station was ideal. The bar and restaurant downstairs were charming, and the rooms were pleasant with comfortable beds. I highly recommend this hostel.

Convenient location across from the station and information center. Bar available with tasty hot wine. Ideal for hikers with early bus routes to Kumano Kodo. Friendly staff, especially Juan who assisted with luggage storage during our hike and greeted us upon return. A pleasant and helpful experience for our stay.

We had a fantastic stay at Django Hostel & Lounge. The staff were incredibly helpful and made us feel right at home. The location is superb, just a short walk from the train station and close to plenty of restaurants. The bar downstairs is a great place to unwind and enjoy a local craft beer or whiskey. We even got to try some delicious local dishes recommended by the owner. The shower facilities and washing machines were clean and convenient. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hostel.
Although the walls were a bit thin and we could hear some noise from other guests, it didn't detract from our overall enjoyment. Additionally, we found the AC a bit difficult to adjust, but it didn't significantly impact our comfort.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
